Is that not available? I don't see any option for Slot2 enchantment upgrade when I put an amor with Star Cluster Lv.1 on the enchant inteface from the NPC beside Prontera North.

is lvl 1 broken? cause lvl 2 seem to work fine

Yea I think it still broken. it doesn't show the required materials for Cluster Lv.1
just to know, did you click the cluster enchant? it's not shown unless you click it.
