i would like to know on how to fix this error? whenever i try to run the game this pops up

In this old post there were a few ideas to try but that person was successful with a clean install of their videocard driver so I would start with that. But if the ideas in the link don't fix it then you'd want to contact the GM team by writing a ticket at the support page to get more help with opening the client.
