i always thought there were untradeable?and it is illegal to trade it ingame i honestly dont mind but i dont think posting this on forum is the right thing to do

Mummy Face, Job skill Reset and Testimony of Retrain are tradeable, always has. Plutorunes are obviously from the box.

I'm very much wondering why did the price of skill resets go up so much? Not a few months ago you could buy them for 18mil or something. Or has the IM Price doubled?
