Can someone please help me on my problem. I have played raganarok online before on 2011. And I am now trying to get back in the game. I have full access to my warp portal and ragnarok online accounts usernames and pswwords. I have successfully installed game and was able to see my old characters in ragnarok online but whenever i click the character and start the game it always shows " disconnected from server " . 

I have already uninstaled and reinstalled game as a solution but the same problem persists. Can someone please give me advice on what to do next. This is starting to be frustrating. Thank you all.

This sounds like your characters are stuck between maps which is why it is failing to connect after you've logged in. Anytime a character is stuck you'll need to contact the GM team for assistance as they are the only ones with the ability to help. Best way to contact them for situations like this would be to both, use the airlift topic they set up here on the forum, and also file a ticket at the support page to get more help with this issue specifically. From my experience they tend to check tickets faster than the airlift topic usually so if you only do 1 thing write a ticket but doing both should get their attention fastest.
