My Doram were wearing the Christmas clothes for the "sending gift mission." After the event overed, the Christmas clothes was disappeared after sever maintenance. HOWEVER, my doram still have the Christmas appearance and CAN NOT use any skill. Please help on this. I can not play doram after this...

What happens when you unequip that cotton shirt?
If problem still persists, contact warpportal support
and keep replying every 24h if they don't respond, or else the ticket gets automatically closed.

If you have not tried it yet please login your character and type the command "/nocosplay" without the quotes or copy the one below as it should remove the special sprite. The command also works for changing back from wedding clothes and Hanbok.

If that doesn't work then try the team by writing a ticket at the support page to get them to fix it.
