Is there anyone here? I bought an item from a merchant in Prontera. It was a 20M headgear. The only thing the character was selling. Then after buying, the merchant disappeared. When I checked my inventory, the item I bought wasn't there. I have been trying to look for the name of the merchant before buying but everyone's too compressed. Help! Been grinding hard only to get nothing out of it. Sucks!

Any item bought from characters using the Offline Vending feature are sent to you via RODEX mail system. So the good news is you can check your mail right away and grab your item.

Just a note on vending these days, if the other player has left their client on to vend then the item will still go directly to your inventory but any offline vends will mail it and if you use offline vending in the future when something sells then the Zeny is sent through RODEX mail as well.

So good news is no scam in this case but make sure you grab your item in the next two weeks since all RODEX mails have that time limit on them!

Hey do something about the bots and KSers in Illusion dungeon, can't even get kill quests done because of the number of them.  Thanks.  BTW your link for in game support does nothing.
