GM nowadays are so incompetent with their own game. They don’t even know how the Masquerade Weakness skill works.

1. There is no shield on the screen before the drop.
2. The inventory is not open.
3. The inventory is locked.
4. The shield is not on a hotkey, and you cannot drop anything from a hotkey.
5. Equipped items cannot be dropped.
6. The Masquerade Weakness skill should only unequip the item, not drop it.
7. If you look at the timing, from when the shield was unequipped to when it dropped, it was less than half a second (0:28).

Now, because of how incompetent the GMs are with the game, players are suffering because of it. 

Watch how buggy this game is, even during War of Emperium. They can’t even fix those system bugs right now.

A well-known cheat/ assisted gameplay user coming to the forums to get sympathy for something he did to himself. Hesperios = Hypocrite, try playing with a clean client

If this guy actually submits a ticket, he’s more likely to get himself banned than anything else. The amount of cheats or third-party programs he’s clearly using is already a huge red flag. On top of that, he’s playing on someone else’s account, which is a direct violation of Terms of Service.

And let’s not ignore the obvious—they knew about this ‘bug’ the whole time and never bothered reporting it until it stopped benefiting them. That says everything
