I’m bringing this to the forum for two reasons. First, the GM handling my ticket, supposedly GM Toxious, does not seem to properly read or understand my concern and refuses to transfer my ticket to another GM who can at least review it properly.
Second, GMs continue to sell items that do not work as intended and refuse to take any action. Grading an item to A and refining it is not cheap, only to later find out that it doesn’t function correctly. At this point, I don’t even want it fixed anymore since it has already been months and the item is now outdated.
If any GM head or WarpPortal representative is reading this, please review my ticket. GM Toxious appears to be only skimming my responses rather than actually reading and understanding them, which has led to repeated misunderstandings and no real progress on my case. This kind of handling is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
