My High Novice is level 6/10 and I'm trying to change to high mage.

The Academy (izlude) tells me they only offer job change for NOVICE.

The Guild in Geffen tells me to go to the academy...

 

I can't change to a high mage at either NPC, any help would be appreciated.

 

Edit:

Levled to 38/10 and its the same issue.

Removed all items equipped and in inventory, same issue.

Update: I leveled myself up to 38/10 High Novice and tried. Still bugged.

This has been resolved and I'm not sure how it just worked at level 58/10.

You have to be base level 10 minimum to change 2nd job after rebirth

I tried at level 38/10 and it wouldnt work. The only thing i did differently was completed some quests that i had before the job change.
