Hi, I'm from Malaysia and I can't seem to access the cash shop nor buy anything under the "power up" page on Warp Portal. Is there an IP block of some sort or is my account barred from buying things in the cash shop? I need a neuralizer and a few other things that I read are available only in the cash shop.
Can't access cash shop and can't purchase anything in "power-up".
