I've got the Royals Of Oblivion quest from Bond, I got the quest to part 8, but she doesn't want to give me the Sustaining the portal quest..
Yes I've done my fate quest and I chose Hebarn. What do I do nowwwW?

Try relogging. A lot of quests have this bug, they just..get stuck. Relog and talk to Bond again.

Did you check all options? At one point you click option #3 and she tells you to pick option #1 (yes, women are complicated).

Even though it's bugged, with the tips Albe and I gave it should work. I've recently done this quest on multiple chars :s
