so once in a while for no reason top left hotbar doesnt work.

you cant use anything thats on it, you cant move stuff etc.

in battlefields dieing and respawning fixes it and in pve i guess relogging or dieing too

Not just the top bar.
It's all 3 bar.

I get it sometimes.
Don't know what triggers it.

Work arounds:
- Dying or loading to the next screen (ie. enter door or warp) fixes it.
- As usually relogging fixes it.

Possible Triggers:
- Lag induced? Seems like the command to tell your skill is cooled down never makes it so it's locked.
- PB to normal mode. When using a skill that's cooling down as you transform from PB to normal appears.
- Combination of both?

still happens for me. someone told me in FoC a month ago that using skills before porting to BG brings it on. Seems to help not to use any skills at all, and yea, I think it's like the CD timer start command never makes it there. Or, the different zones, maps, FoC, etc are out of time-sync. That way, you use the skill in say Trifi, port to FoC, but FoC's clock is off, so inside FoC it hasn't even begun ticking down the CD timer yet, hence you cannot use it.

cd timer thing is seperate and i get it sometimes too.

are you getting any error messages? or are they all just greyed out?

does it just happen on the top bar?

I don't remember.
But I think the message states, "The skill is not available" or it states the skill is not cooled down.
It does not say the skill is inactive or errored, it just states that it's not ready or available.

so it's been 6 months and it's still hapenning

nothing is greyed out, just the top left hotbar, cant use anything on it, and cant move hotkeys around, take them off or put them on

this happens when u log dead from a battlefield the hotbar just dont work at all. rezoning or goin to char screen usually works for me to fix the issue.

yes i think that is the cause too after thinking through what i did before it happened, well they should fix it anyway
