IIRC, the reason we have a 3 day waiting period before joining a new guild is so that people can't rig the EW tournament. Mercenary system completely defeats the purpose of that waiting period.
Agreed. Not that I don't appreciate the help or the opportunity to assist friends, but I think it's open to considerable exploitation.

It's not exactly rigged but it is capable of putting a lot of guilds at a disadvantage. Without mercenaries, it's still going to be the same, except the battles themselves will be more or less interesting.

The merc system isn't broken, using personal gear and cakes/eternity pots is broken. But they won't disable that, because they want to sell more eternity pots and insurance scrolls. Basically, winners will always be whoever spent the most IM points. I've accepted that.
Now you see why Dragon Saga is a...
PAY 2 WIN MMORPG!
EDIT: Ahahahaha I accidently put H instead of G.

Tell me about it. And how their cash gets them.........something along the lines of, legend Kimarts, or maybe even.. something like, +20 gear.

Can't think of anything else dude. Wait.....
Maybe, just maybe, whenever people seem to act as a threat towards it, gather everyone to go against that threat?

Tis not cash that is the source of the best Dragon Saga player's skills. No, rather, it is the fact that they have actually practiced and played their classes. They have worked to get better, and they do not whine about losing.
Thus, to all those who are unable to accept their loss:
SHUT UP

Dragon Saga is not Pay 2 Win. Get over yourself. You lost due to your inadequate skills. I know for a fact that many of the people in Soul are highly skilled. Try to contest this. Try.

Open your eyes man. Insurance scrolls, randomizers, you name it. It seem's cash is the only way a stacked player gets stacked. Without IM you need to save TONS of gold to even attempt to get similar gear. And Soul vs. Hero without mercenaries would be much more fair and a loss that's acceptable. If you don't believe that this game is Pay 2 Win, then it's your opinion. I mean there are players who make a good example proving this game is Pay 2 Win.

Ive never spent money on this game and i have 7kg(6kg after i dish contest award out), 600 insurance, 600 wp, 2k ap, 20 soul stacks, and weaponless i have more hlt agi and aim than a lot of myrms who've spent real money *looks at bullie questioningly* all saved up for wen drakos comes out. You dont have to spend money in this game. If you wana match up with super stacked ppl farm days straight like me. I did 16 hr days leeching ppl at CL for a few weeks back in thq days.
If you wana be better than others you have to work for it, either in real life so you can spend money on game or in game because like me you believe in not wasting real money on virtual things.
