Hey, I just downloaded the latest patch from iRO Wiki and then ran iRO_ver13.2_standalone_patch-20091207-1403.exe and installed to my RagnarokOnline folder. It gave me a file named 2009-12-8data_gm_132.rgz which I then dragged on top of Ragnarok.exe.

Now it is patching and hopefully this will work out well.

Lol, I'm wrong yet again. Here's the packets from Valkyrie patch client:

This is kind of confusing. Need to boot up my windows machine again.
EDIT: I hope there's luck with the irowiki version!

Yeah it would help if you explain it a little, also are you using a program or a website, if so which one?
I would really like to take a look at that.

Also, how are you able to take screenshots and crop them so quickly, Photoshop?

Theory: The Valkyrie patch server IS broken. Ymir is working. When running the Valkyrie patch, it see's that there is a 404 error and defaults to the Ymir patch2.txt. There is some evidence of this though wireshark. I tried to force it to use Valkyries patch2, but it didn't seem to work outside linux (wine's implementation of permissions). Unfortunatly, Ymir's update's don't cover earlier ones, making it skip them. I guess irowiki's was updated enough to a point where it could use Ymir's patch2.

Something along those line. Might be a more vague problem then that.

Funny how the site that gives out the Client does not not keep it up to date and IroWiki Does And there only related to the game as a fan service/help.

Well at least something works I guess.

Edit:lol I can't find anything to do atm While I wait for it to DL lol 25%.

Ugh, I copied the codes from http://ropatch1.grav...atch/patch2.txt

and used Brandon's fix and I noticed the 404 Error is gone yet I still get the Failed to connect to server.

Anything im doing wrong?
Also I did NOT redownload from iRO Wiki.

The 'fix' (or 'not-so-fix' -_-) is useless now. That link I posted was just showing that the server was fixed.

You have to re-install (either with official or irowiki installer), because the problem that has happened yesterday kinda messed up your client. Just patch normally.
