Yes, the main WarpPortal site and the WarpPortal Support site are completely separate. If you want to keep track of your tickets on-site, you'll have to register for a WarpPortal Support account in addition to your WarpPortal account.For some reason, you have to register a new login and password for the support page....at least, when I tried it, I had to. My forum/warpportal login information did not work on there. silly, right? Like I needed to have more things to memorize...
Very weird, I know, but apparently linking separate sites is hard.

thank you thats exactly what i did this morning but i have not heard anything back from them. do you know how long it takes?Send in a Ticket to the Payment/Billing Department in the ticketing system and explain to them what points are missing and from what survey.
