my mom bought some ink for her copier at work yesterday using one of the super rewards thingies and it said on the awarded page that i was awarded my points but i wasnt! so she emailed them this morning and this is what they said in the email

For some reason, you have to register a new login and password for the support page....at least, when I tried it, I had to. My forum/warpportal login information did not work on there. silly, right? Like I needed to have more things to memorize...

Same problem, but I submitted a ticket to support, they responded and said they gave me my points, but i still dont have them. I hope you dont turn out the same :unsure:

Yes, the main WarpPortal site and the WarpPortal Support site are completely separate. If you want to keep track of your tickets on-site, you'll have to register for a WarpPortal Support account in addition to your WarpPortal account.

Very weird, I know, but apparently linking separate sites is hard.

Send in a Ticket to the Payment/Billing Department in the ticketing system and explain to them what points are missing and from what survey.

thank you thats exactly what i did this morning but i have not heard anything back from them. do you know how long it takes?

Depending on what type of actions need to be taken by them it can take up to 3 buisness days, but most likely it will be towards the end of the day.
