Not really much of use for those now that ramdomizers are here, but yeah having the option of reducers would be nice

i reduced my pyth earrings (aim+7% and str+4) to just aim+7%
i tried soulcrafting it again and it said "Stat restored" and gave me back the 4%str T^T

I randomized a 4% crit rate and 7% aim ring and ended up with 7% aim 4% crit rate. What's your point?
