There are no such things like pve/pvp assassins I think...any good pvp build can do well in pve imo. Such things like accurancy buff is crap anyway, and most ppl think accurancy is broken in this game, so I wont recomend pick this 
for pve or pvp... If you wont do pvp then focus on pve gear I guess...skip resistence and go for full phys crit and CAD, work only on your dps not deffence since you wont tank at all. So use any of pvp builds posted there ( I'd pick Wreckds build coz it can be used in pvp and pve as I said before..

maxed infection and spinning edge and 1 point each in other aoes and try to get js party as aoe
