1. Can we still add skills to level 10? (Level 8 for HE Grenade)
2. Is ground zero actually good in this server?
3. Shootdown still horribly rape?

1) We lack the monster card insurance needed to reasonably achieve level 10 skills.
2) No idea, I've never seen this ulti. (Most aren't even worth using)
3) We haven't recieved the patch that buffs it yet.

I don't suppose there's an eta on that patch? I got addicted to the good shootdown in IAH, but the lag is killer.

That's good to hear. I've been playing on that for a while, but like I said, IAH's lag knows no bounds, it bugged up all my skills, regardless of my 7 mbps internet.

Anyway yeah, specters tower is awesome, also everyone should replace two action shot with shootdown as soon as the patch comes out. You won't need two action any longer, and shootdown will hit almost as much as gatling rush.
