They'll notify you via e-mail when they've sorted something, Hai (we have the same nickname? o.o). Or you can view the active ticket via Warp Portal support - I don't think there's any way to whip them into working faster unfortunately, given America's strict human rights legislation ;-). I feel your pain though, not much of the drop event left for me to enjoy even if they do sort my ticket out today U__U
