the other day i reset my knight for xbow and i had enough sp to get taunt. it could be fun to use in UW, but for some reason it just doesn't work...at all. anyone else notice this??

and i've always wondered what is the diff between taunt and the unique skill...is it sacrifice?

I don't believe Taunt works on other players in PvP (I've tried it in DoD, didn't work).
Remember that Taunt is a single target skill, you have to click the monster then use the hotkey.

The unique skill Sacrafice is the AoE version of Taunt pretty much. Again, it doesn't work on other players.

taunt, unfortunately does not work on other players just on mobs .... the unique skill sacrifice is really useful while farming though taunt is pretty much useless unless fighting a king

it works on other players o.O (the taunt in xbow skills) , but in UW ppl click spots so fast that when you taunt them they can easily move away

Taunt doesn't work on other players. It is useless in UW. Taunt shot is a specific crossbow knight skill that will work on other players. I don't really understand why you would spend points for taunt when crossbow knights already have taunt shot. Even as a mace knight taunt isn't very useful since you have impact wave.

you can spam taunt so if it worked in pvp it could be useful/funny. i had enough sp so i added a couple to it. no big loss.

But you can spam taunt shot too.

And it is useful and funny. You should see how many times people cry out "WTF" when they are running away and suddenly they are running back to me and get killed.

i was saying spam cuz taunt cooldown is like 2sec but taunt shot skill cooldown is 5-6 seconds? taunt shot is pretty funny lol
