they said it before i think it was gen that said it he said that theres not any plans on balancing.
it takes along time to do and they might just reset the whole thing not just one class.

Rose is like the only MMO I've played that doesn't use DPS. Probably because all classes are considered DPS in this game.

Raiders weren't even that overpowered.

Raiders have always had balancing issues. Heck, I remember the old Heart Shot (At least I think that's what it's called) and the GBDW being the only 135 weapon in the game.

Then again, this is ROSE. What class hasn't had balancing issues except maybe scouts and artisans. CG unbalanced knights, so they changed that, Raiders have had their issues without me needing to go into depth, mages got their m-res finally balanced, clerics got their melee fixed, axe champs back in the day, and now just plain champs, bourgs used to do tons of damage with CG due to launcher passives, and plenty of other balance issues for every class.

Oh, and Artisan's Hypno Shot used to be a 20 second sleep, while fun, seemed to end there. I'm not saying scouts need to be boosted, I just can't remember a time when they were considered the OP class and everyone rushed to make one.
