Hi GM

I've had several days of disconnection problems of characters "server disconnected"
the last this morning were the Shops have disconnected one after another which excluded the problems of Internet connection or computer. is it possible that someone tried to hack my characters. could you investigate this above, it's very embarrassing to play in these conditions, while the game is really very good. I give you the names of the characters : mecanimbus magicmade bellasarah soldier83 owned by members of my family and a friend.

I keep characters logged in for days with no DC, could be a problem with your local internet, ISP or the connection between your ISP and the internet as well.

Hello !

I got the same problem.. I have tested to log my noob char, and shop char on same computer, switch on 2 computers, and still only my shops get "server disconnected" and the internet is stable...the others chars never disconnect..

Also today i seen i got "server disconnect" on all my shops, some minutes between all the "server disconnected"... its not "all in same time"

I think about what can cause this :

1) maybe a bug client side, but its weird, cause why only my shop (also tested on diff clients),

2) can also be problem of internet but in that case why only the shops "dc" and not the other chars,

3) a bug with shops, and maybe interraction with nearly NPC (but tested diff spots, no change)

4) someone able tu use a bug to make me disconnect ? (weird, but maybe not impossible)

5) someone connecting my account, then i'm disconnect (but i didnt share my account, and the password is pretty strong xD)

if someone have an idea ?

Maybe someone trosing people in Junon...which is filled mostly by shops? No idea, just trying to guess.

I dunno what you done GM team but thanks, for now I didnt got again server disco, but now very hard to login, and got "server dead, maintenance blabla..." with an account, and tryed to log in on diff accounts,...but no problems with other shops... something weird.

I have installed RRE, so I'm wonder if it can make some bugs, if someone already had this kind of problems ?

EDIT: Finally not, it begins again, shop disconnect while other chars are not.
Also unable to log shops account. Tested on other client, able to log cleric or other chars, and when try to log the shop, i got message like "all servers are currently under maintenance"... so what the .... someone give me a tip ? xD
