Any word yet on Item Mall Extensions? I thought they were supposed to be in this patch, but I can't get them to work.

Loving the update guys, excellent work this week. But one thing, is there any chance we can get these since you've already teased us with them? = ) (also monster card insurance and IM extensions = P)
