yeah, a lot of us were about to, but whats the point now with all this new content? f7, you dont need a good weapon to get a TON of exp, you barely need a few mp pots! hp is irrelevant as nothing can hit you

It's meant to be read as "2010 X-Mas Quests" *and* "2010 X-Mas monster chest items" removed. Meaning, the chests are still there, but the X-mas items that were showing up in them were taken out.
