Seriously, someone needs to confirm with me. Is the regular attack speed ('x') locked/capped? I've worn 2-3 Chaos sets 20% + 24% attack speed with Legend of Combo 15% and absolutely no difference in attack speed at all. (Exactly same speed like my level 3 archer)

Is this some bug that came along after trying to prevent hackers to speed hack? They need to fix this. Spamming regular attacks with no speed changes after wearing all Attack Speed gears is annoying and really weak.

I don't know if this is the cause in your particular case, but I know that as an invoker, my X-spam speed gets capped out in most situations at around +40%, b/c my computer can't really give me the FPS to achieve anything higher than that.

Finally the GM's answered my support ticket.

They said they also just checked the attack speed on my character (or particularly archer's, not sure) and also "saw no significant change in the attack speed and will look into it". *No change at all in my case, but I guess they don't want to make it sound as bad/true.

I did notice that if I was to wear my attack speed gears, I will be able to attack faster if I double tap my 'x' attack, but once I start tap-spamming my 'x' the attack speed goes slow/default again. I can only get the faster attack the 'first' double tap, anything after that is slow again.

Must be a bug. As the GM's are pointing towards to.
