I've been wondering, what can I do with them?

You can put Awakes in there, for one. Also Bubble Gum, Manuals... Basically anything that doesn't require you use it often but that you still want easy access to. Some people use it to track ammunition (Cannon Balls, Arrows).

You'll need to double click to use whatever you stick in there, as you cannot bind those extra slots.

Also, it's great for arrows if you're only using one kind of arrow, and genetic cannon balls if you're not going to be dying (and thus constantly reequiping them). Not as a shortcut to "use"ing the item, but as a way to get a display of how many you have left.

Speaking of mysteries, anyone figure out what that npc to the left in eden headquarters do? Anyone get her working yet? Seems like she tries to make you do your own missions or something.
