Ok so i did everything till the point i have to "use the vaccine" into wolf's den...
I already completed wolfs den 3 times... yet i cannot complete this quest... wtf is going on?

I finished this quest last night so I am guessing it's something on your end. Are you sure you're doing the dungeon and not the mission maps?
