Proud of that much? You should be, after all the one and only reason none of the biggest alliances around when Ymir started are still here is because of your direct meddling.

should u even be saying anything considering u was in a guild / alliance on iris that farmed that server for god item pieces and god items?

I don't understand why that fact should prohibit me from telling Hiemdallr why all the biggest guilds and alliances made an exodus from his game.

Misch if you have advice please pm me, but if you are just stirring the pot to get a rise out of me or the community please take it elsewhere. I'm not sure what meddling you speak of unless it is my not able to make a game catered specifically to a group in a big guild.

Moving the thread to clear up the pinned.

I do however have something to say for sorcerers. Everyone is talking about warlocks in this thread. Mostly I have noticed magic doesn't hurt. If I have any magic reduction gear on I get hit for about 200 dmg after a skill. There's a sorcerer in my guild who loved his char and he's deffinately noticed he's not even hurting anyone. This guy's pretty close to 150 too and is built as a dmg char. Its a sorcerer who does a ton of dmg on MVPs and other monsters but in WoE he's doing hardly anything. I think the matk formula needs to be looked at. If not matk in general, at least give magic more of a boost for woe or no one will ever play a sorcerer or a warlock because they wont really even be slowing anyone down let alone killing. At least pre-renewal a 99/70 high wiz could make me use potions....and a scholar...well I would just avoid like the plague. Now they're kinda nerfed to sad point. I can say this from the perspective of fighting them, and also from playing one on occasion.

Sorcs have vacuum and arullo to disable ppl. Those are powerful skills, to give a class powerful disabling skills and also a powerful aoes would be unbalanced imo. Esp when sorc can get instacast and also if you make use of summons you can add an element to psychic wave to rape the ppl wearing fire armor.

That's true but when i'm in vacuum i can still hit people at a distance. The sorcerer I fought had me in that and I still managed to make her unable to do anything to me since she just couldnt hit me with anything that hurt. I have not (myself) seen summons in woe...only outside of woe. The sorcerer I know says they die kinda fast (the summons.) About the best thing a sorcerer hit me with for dmg thus far was that AOE poison thingy, which i just detoxed ^^; I am not saying they should get some kind of major boost here. I'm saying magic dmg needs a little help since we can negate it so easily with gear (warlock specific mostly.) My sorcerer friend told me some of the hings I posted and I put it in my previous comment so GMs can see that point of view.

As for instant cast, that's not an issue for me because what about all the other instant cast skills that do high damage? Ranger traps are spammable if you drop them right for example. I also found out that a sura can snap-root me in woe. I wasn't even attacking. So yeah instant cast stuff isnt the point in what I'm talking about. I just think magic damage needs a little boost in general.

It gives an incentive to level. The problem isn't how WoE mechanics work based on level. The problem is the current leveling / party system. If people enjoy leveling then it's no longer a problem if you're lower level in WoE and get destroyed, because it'll just make you want to get to 150 and it'll be fun to do so.

The GMs should work on the source of the problem which is leveling.

I'm just going to reply to this and then skip the rest of the next 6 pages...

Look, I would not call this an "incentive" at all. I would actually call it an ultimatum. Get to 150 or you will suck. Get to 150, or be destroyed. Get to 150, or you will never have fun in PvP. And then when you are faced with the -_-tastic grind from 90-150... people just lose interest in the game altogether rather than falling in the category of "being sucky" or "being 150". So that said, you are still right that the big problem is people not enjoying leveling.

If you have made it to 150, congrats at wasting countless hours of your life over a broken game.

If you don't enjoy the game quit so we don't have to hear your mindless dribble about what you think is fair on an MMO.

Terrible player with terrible feedback.
There has never been a time where you have posted without crying about something. Like Viri said, if you don't like it, no one is forcing you to play this game.
