Ok, yesterday I did BSQ and I won but then i notice that I look at my inventory there's no Hero Of Sign. Anyone got that problem? Because i ask a lot of people and they say the same thing they didnt get no hero of sign.. so then can you guy please fix that. THnx

I had the same problem.
2 nights in the row I didn't get any Sign of Hero.
It was 40-45 bracket on Saturday and Sunday.
My friend who's in the 55-60 bracket got her Sign of Hero tho.
And to clarify, I did get the WP, AP, exp pots etc. Just no Sign of Hero.

Same here,today i won the bsq level 60-65 and no sign of hero ep pots WP AP got but no sign i told to ARAMIS in game after i won the bsq,so we have to wait guys

For the Hero of Sign, are people just getting it a lot less frequently, which means a lower rate, or not at all. If you're answering not at all, how many times have you done it? On another version it appears that the rate was dropped significantly compared to how it was previously.

It used to be 100%, but now it's not.

Just another follow up from my previous post.
Saturday 02/12 and Sunday 02/13, 2 nights in the row I didn't get any Sign of Hero.
Lvl 41-45 bracket. Sadly I forgot to take SS after the battle ended.

Sunday 02/20 46-50 bracket, didn't get any Sign of Hero again, but today, Monday 02/21, I got my Sign of Hero, same bracket (46-50).
I did these 4 BSQ with the same character.

Thank you for the screenshots, we sent it up last week. Hopefully, we'll get a fix for it soon.
