Ok i made an account on Warp Portal than i registered twice on Dragon Saga and i downloaded it and everytime i try to log in it says "Failed to log in sever"

hi
yesterday i´´ve register by warpportal because i wanna play dragon saga
but when i register by dragon saga the following text comes:"You are not allowed to view this content". what can i do or why that comes?
