Okay first of I don't have the solution to your problem, but since I don't see help around why don't we all post here
what we have tried so far to log in to Dragonsaga, I haven't been able to log in since the Kryos Unleashed patch was released,
I either don't make it to the log in screen and get stuck in the launcher or I get to the log in screen and it shuts it self very fast.
So what I ask of you guys is to try to help each other and share what we have tried to log in and didn't work, that may save us time and try different ways,or If you have a solution please let us know.
I have tried to re-installed,
open the folder directly,
run as administrator,
close my anti-virus,
tried the gateway to open it,
and QQ'ng for 15 mins
none of this worked.
(English is my secondary language so if any mistakes please bare whit me)

Yea, I have the same problem... >.< And the worst part is we're gonna miss double exp... Have any GM's said their addressing this problem?

I just wonder how many people have this problem,
and yes it's bad that we are missing the events going on like cookie factory and the update itself,
what could it be that is not letting DS work properly for us :/
and about GM, one of them said to submit a ticket.
also the unusual part is that the game has been updating itself whit maintenance and patches so I know its up to date.

yea, I sent a ticket in and got the usual reply about restarting or reinstalling basically the usual things you would do. I'm also able to get the regular updates and all, but O well. Think Im just gonna find another game to play... =/

then do what I did. get a trustable guild member and tell them to help you.

The ticket I sent in, the tech support person has gone to talk to the developer.

cuz something is wrong with this patch. It seems to only work on Windows 7. What is your OS?

and I can play IAH as well.
And I'm guessing more people have this problem they are just lazy to

yeah I haven't been able to log in since 02-10-11
I'm not a hard core player but
I logged in everyday to do dailies then log out.

My IGN is Breathless Invoker 66
but I have a wide variety of levels so I can run any place :3
and I don't usually advertise games in forums but with I'm playing Vindictus atm and I'm pretty busy
wt that game.
Like I said I play 5-6 games till Blade&Soul comes out,

hmmm no if ppl were having a problem they would be dying to get a response so they would probably post something. And I think I know you. are you from rebellion guild? Or used to be in Authentic?

And for the f7 spam, my IGN is xWindFIREx and im a lv47/48 harle.
