i see 220+ with lvl 10 gear so why not use custume weps like using glacier and in custume like a lvl 10-20 knuckle

Probably because the weapon is the only thing that is letting you guess the level of a person. Though, it would be good to replace it.

It would also let them make more money from Item Mall by selling "costume weapons" with no useful stats, only for the looks.

there will be some kind of "limitation" for weapons, like you could only wear costume for weapon you have equipped in "main slot" or it will mess up with (walk, attack, skills) animations

some "weapons costumes" could be made in different versions but still, for example you wouldn't be able to use "sword costume" with guns etc
