so i started playing RO in 2000 something but stopped, but i decided to play again only this time with a new account. So i was wondering if there is a kind of RO where you dont have to pay for playing time.
also if ever you can send me a link on Ragnarok Offline 4, i would be very grateful

Valkyrie is the iRO Free Server, it is free to play. It is included with the official client download.
