How do I manually patch now? I downloaded every patch and put it into the RO folder but the client (both Renewal.exe and Ragnarok.exe) is still going to the ftp to download the patch. My internet is too unstable to patch by downloading everything at once.

If the patcher is downloading patch files that already exist locally, then it can't see the local copies. Try reinstalling the client to a folder outside of Program Files, then moving the patch files into it.
I strongly recommend that you make a backup of the patch files because the patcher automatically deletes them.
