First off Welcome back to RO.
I hope you enjoy your return, what specific information are you seeking? If your going to make an Alchemist that is a pretty decent starting Character and very useful in WoE. You can either be a support or a killer, or a combination of the two. Also with a Homonculus yu can do some ok afk leveling in certain areas.
The Third class for Alchemists a Genetic is very powerful and I think you would enjoy it. They can be very useful in MvP hunting and for missions down in Bio Labs or for Killing Satan Morroc.
