I'm buying a 32 Int Pennant and a 10 Dex/40 Dr Cross Backshield. Refine doesn't matter.

you can use the re-roll hammer to get the best stat from any pennant. there are 300 possibility for stat. I doubt you will need more than 100 hammers to get the required stat, but let's say you do need 300 hammers. 300 hammers are equivalent to 6k points, which worth around 600M. I think it is better than trying to buy the 32 int pennant for billions.
