Was the red rose not added in game yesterday?

I bought and converted kafra points on my main account on the 21st, so I expected a rose yesterday at the code redeemer, but there was nothing.
Or would it take more than 3 days for it to be processed? Didn't seem to take that long when I got it on my 2nd account the first time.
If it's not in by the 1st I guess I'll have to send a ticket.
