[squinty]

The game automatically shuts down... it usually happens for me when I use a portal, rearrange my inventory or, rarely, just shuts off by itself.

Anyone has the same issue?

It would be nice if you people actually replied telling us if you had the same problem or not, which may benefit me and/or the Warp Portal Support team.

happens to me when i pvp xD

and when mvmt.speed is activated in any f7.

I've encountered the issue randomly. I'm trying to narrow down what might be causing it so we can provide a report.

Most of the times I get the crash when I, or someone in the team, uses a portal and we teleport.

I've had it occur other times for other reasons, so it's a little difficult narrowing it down.

I can only confirm this:
- when using a portal
- when rearranging items in your inventory
- talking in chat

so as you said, it is random and very hard to know what the reason is.

Ever since the last patch, I've been having this problem a lot more often. Happened to me when:

-Leaving game on overnight for shop
-Using portals
-Opening the chat/chatting in it
Before the last patch I would only get the problem when changing maps but after this latest patch I get it just being idle or chatting.

yeah mine crashes in f7 alot and when im running around towns and just randomly >:[ its annoying #8

The game crashed while I was chatting, very weird.

I get this when going in portals. Most likely in missions or dungeons like VC or Drakos.

Ever since the last patch, I've been having this problem a lot more often. Happened to me when:

To leave all night selling I go in Odelia and put graphic Low, this decrease a lot the crashes, but it still happens some time.

I noticed something while monitoring Dragon Sagas memory usage. The memory this game uses doesn't remain constant but continues to increase more and more, like 2000-3000K every time I change portals (Between Libra and any map left or right), etc. Around the time the game hits 1,800,000-2,000,000 K memory usages, the game will randomly shut itself. I'm guessing this game doesn't have a mechanism to prevent memory leak so it just keeps accumulates until the game reaches a threshold. The more people and mobs that cause in a map, the faster the memory usage increases which seems to be the reason why it happens more commonly in F7 with a party.

im having problems of the game force closing on me as well. sometimes i cant even make it to the in game itself.

I've experienced it when exiting the mansion to ash mist village, as well as switching maps inside vc hero mode. On some occasions, I've had it happen when switching characters. This used to happen before, but it's been much more prevalent in the recent patch. Another issue is that minimizing the game can cause it to crash at times, as well.

A common crash for me is when I have the game in the background or minimized.

Every time i'm on Bone Dragon my client crashes since the patch to 0.1.40, it's really annoying because i can't get Hero BD sets anymore =;(

-whenever the destroyers use that bomb skill (4th job with the throwing bomb thing)
-starting Photoshop o.o
-running around town
-going to Item Mall.

also: sometimes it randomly crashes and DS doesn't stop 'running'. After 5-10 minutes of that, starting Task Manager every time to end it gets kind of annoying :I

It appears it may be occuring upon a memory spike.
