Looking through the delete notice list, I see 30-40 notifications, all for threads I personally started, not any that I posted in but didn't start. Pair this with the month of downtime, and I think it's unlikely that anyone can recall exact thread titles at this point.
I'd say just restore a backup of the day before the disaster, but you would've already done that if you had such a thing.
Assuming the trash can keeps a record of what forum stuff was deleted from though, shouldn't you just be able to restore everything with a quick PHP script running DB queries? Failing that, you could at least move everything trashed that day into a "Stuff Lost" forum, and people could let you know when they search for a favorite thread and find it in there.
