One of the DS FF remakes was kind of bleh. DS Lite is the way to go though. Can play FFV and FFVI GBA remakes as well as the DS remakes. PSP will have the best FFIV remake soon at less than $30 and has other great FF remakes/original games. 3DS has... a possibility of a FF remake. Fail.
3DS will probably be worth it in a year or two once they do something about the fail battery and have more quality games.

Can I have my own Final Fantasy yet?I don't want to stare at the screen anymore. I want to be placed in the world. There is a rumor about a remake of FFV and FFVI for the 3ds but if the make those remake like FFIV for DS then it will be a big fail.
Square said they will make FFVI after seeing how well the 3DS does. I liked the FFIV remake. I love cut scenes and voice acting.

right now the only game I would consider buying a 3DS for would be the Prof Layton vs. Ace Attorney game. hoping that one gets a U.S. release.
gonna think about buying it if the price goes down and when they fix the bugs in the 3DS..... and the flash cartridges. Hehe he he he.
