Hi guys!

As some of you guys may know, I'm a returning player.

In my experience of playing renewal for the past few weeks, I've experience maps full of bots 100% of the time. I also find it really disturbing that I even see transcendent, and 3rd class bots running around maps botting. Now every time I see a 3rd class or transcendent jobs in south pront field asking really weird questions, or if I stop by PVP with my lvl 8x ninja and I'm actually able to kill them, I question if they just botted all the way to this point.

I reached my breaking point when I wanted to farm some steel, coal, and iron for my blacksmith. I went to Mjolnir Dead Pit Dungeon, and according to one of the databases, there's 60 Skele-workers on this maps at all times. Before I could find my first Skele-worker, I probably ran into 30+ botting Rouge characters killing everything in sight.

I really dont mind competing with other players, but I do mind competing with players who blatantly cheat. I was considering ordering a premium account, but why would I want to bother if I cant enjoy hunting on any map that I want?

Can anyone post a link so that I can report bots? Im trying to find the link myself but I'm having a little trouble navigating the site.

Sorry to be a buzz killer on such a good weekend, but I cant help but say something, because it just seems like the bot issue is worst than ever.

officially, theres no easy way to report bots, you must use the ticket system. the ticket system works at the speed of smell so MAYBE in like 3 or 4 days they might get your ticket routed to the appropriate party. you have to send in multiple screenshots and it's a real pain.


unofficially, if you have an area where theres a huge mass of bots like that, you can send a pm on the forum to Oda, one of the GMs. he says he loves to ban bots en masse. single, less obvious bots you should still use the ticket system since an investigation is required for action. send him a good 5 or 6 character names of the bots as well as the map name (use /where).
