Sorry about that. Changed character to my main. I was playing that alt most of the time, but I don't log on her as much since I capped. Here are vega boot options.

legendary- soulcraft options: 10% movespeed, 1 int, 1 agi, 10% defense. The boots give 10% movespeed as equip bonus so it's 20% movement total.
Advanced- soulcraft options: 2 hlt

Oh god, those legendary boots might be well over my budget.

Is it still 500 gold for the 2 health ones? (And also, if i use the soul craft randonimer will it have a chance of getting movement speed, or do i have to use that downgrader one to have a chance at it?) I really need the movement speed option really badly for my movement speed myrmidon xD Yes its just for fun.

And would it be 10% at advance or would it be 5%?

You should have the same chance of getting movespeed from randomizing an advanced item as you do from reducing. The soulcraft grade doesn't affect how high the stat is that you get. You can either get 5% or 10% randomly. There are currently no vega boots on the market, so I'm thinking that the price should be higher than it was before. I'll say auto win = 1k.
