So I got job 50 on my aco today, job changed to priest. I parked my new Priest outside of Amatsu dungeon while I wait for the maintenance.

Now, I know there's a topic a few threads below this one about a priest build, but I'd like a second opinion on it.

Is the build. Any glaring issues here? Should I have Safety wall or no?

Stat build too. Right now, I'm at 92 int base. Should I really pump a ton of Vit and dex? New to Priesting sucks.

Skill Build:
You basically have the choice between a skill build for a TU Priest who only wants to get to 99 without joining parties everywhere else and the standard party friendly Priest. Perhaps decide now what's more important for you and what's more likely to happen - being in parties or solo leveling at Anubis.

What do you need for a TU Priest:
TU 10
KE helps
Lex Divina helps (no need to max this though)

What you do not need:
Aspersio
Imposito Manus
Suffragium
Lex Aeterna

What you could get:
Sanctuary 7
Gloria (I wouldn't get it though)
Magnificat 3-5


Assuming you build a Priest for partying, there are still a few issues with your skill build you have in mind:
Sanctuary 7 gives the highest Heal
Imposito Manus could be left at level 3
Gloria is rarely used, but if you think you'll need it, keep it
KE is rarely used for partying
Safety Wall usually doesn't fit into a Priest build, and it's not really needed in PvM environments where you'll level


Stat Build:
Yes you need Vit and Dex now. If you want to make good use of Sanctuary (something I'd encourage), then you need decent Dex. I would get ~40 Vit and put all remaining points into Dex (9x), but I would also increase Dex first and start getting Vit later.

Well, just some questions then.

I do want to be an HP as fast as possible, I also want to help people out..

How fast can I expect to get to 99 as a TU priest, normal Valk rates with no manuals and such? I know time per day is an important factor, but some opinions or experiences would be nice. And then, how fast can I expect a party priest to level?

About 2~3 weeks you can 99 a priest just pure solo anubis. Maybe faster if your crazy? Lol
