hii ive been playin Dragon Saga since its first release in singapore as Dragonica... up till lately everything been fine... but as soon as we got the St.Patty's day update i cant play the game...

everytime i try an load the game i get to Barunson Interactive or whatever screen an it never moves from there... ive waited an it still never moved.

i have to Alt+Ctrl+Delete an close the game out from there even after i press the red "x" at the top of the game....

is anyone else havein this problem? if so what should i do about it???? :wub:

What is your UAC set to currently? It is unlikely that the ports have changed, but you may want to check that as well. It could be possible that a program may be in conflict with it since that time.

I am also providing the checklist so that you may review your current setup. If they do not work, contact WarpPortal Support:

still need help... patched the game... still cant play T_T

It is unlikely that the ticket was closed without an answer. Please send me the ticket number through the PMs so I can take a look at it. The WarpPortal Support team does not close tickets without an answer, it's a policy.

i get this same thing...altho it doesnt freeze...it just takes insanely long for it to get to the login screen...kinda like a frame by frame thing, i gets to ba run son and then u can see it fade away ever so slowly into the warpportal logo...anyway takes like 10-15min to get to login, then its still ever so slow and i type my password and it takes about 10secs for that to pop up after i typed it, another minute to get to chanel selection, click on chanel and hit enter then it freezes fer a bit but comes back around in about 2minutes, then at character selection, everything is normal and there i go...just really annoying to have to wait and wait for it to load or w/e after your client closes randomly and u got people waiting on u.

What kind of system are you running wyverlord? It should not be taking that long, however, it is memory intensive.

i still havnt been able to play.... i got ingame 1 time randomly but after that im still not gettin past the logos

they said the same thing u said in that one post.... but it wasnt any help to me... so idk what to do....

ive tryed eveything on ur list... except the portforwarding... only reason i cant do it is because i dont have nuff info for it

Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide the method to do so since it needs to be done properly. There are several sites online that can show you how to do it. What someone had suggested in another thread is uninstalling your firewall and anti-virus and trying it. Possibly reinstalling it afterwards as well.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide the method to do so since it needs to be done properly. There are several sites online that can show you how to do it. What someone had suggested in another thread is uninstalling your firewall and anti-virus and trying it. Possibly reinstalling it afterwards as well.

If you can look it up at the site that you found it at. It will tell you how to obtain your ports and IP address based on the Internet Service Provider that you have and the settings on your computer.

thats my router.... its not really a website... but the connection with it... so i cant really look it up on a website

There are websites that will tell you where to find it. It's part of a TC/IP Protocol. I can't really go into it.
