currently im still using 3 heirloom chaotic witbits pieces together with elluman's crown and glove of alexandre.
hmm....but it really depends on wat you're stacking...i would recommend either 3/3 chaotic lvl 61 and lvl 67 set (for the 180% CD) or just 3 chaotic lvl 67 pieces (100% CD) with elluman's crown and glove of alexandre(health +40).

really..it doesn't matter..since watever set you're wearing you will still do good in f7 . =p

i recommend to stick with the dragon fellowship necklace =p unless you really really need that extra health

ur 62 and the lvl req are 61.. u'll be able to wear those as soon as u get it..\

im not sure how much it is on market for the 50 HLT ones.. but u can get it in f7 haven if im not mistaken..
