Oops, my bad >< It's hard for me to let go of the old names and I thought Armor Break was Weapon Crasher and NOT Tear Armor Asunder. I'll remember that from now on but if you guys want to run that back with Rim's blessing, I'm sure my teammates would be happy to oblige.

Normally in such circumstances, it would only be the round in question that would be forfeited -- so I believe it would not have affected who won the match, unless it happened in other rounds, as well -- but if both teams would prefer/agree to a rematch, then I certainly don't have any problem with that.

Honestly, I don't think it would've made a big difference to the outcome of the match. I was just pointing it out as it may be an issue in the upcoming matches. If you guys do want a rematch, though, we would be more than welcome to participate!

It seemed like few people had issues to raise, so I'm not sure if there will be any changes this week, unless I hear more calls for certain skills to be banned or unbanned. Unless there's a strong argument being made one way or the other (by more than one person), there usually won't be any changes.

If you'd like to see a change take place, I'd try talking to your teammates or the members of other teams to find people who agree with you and encouraging them to speak up in the suggestions thread. I try to speak with league players when I have time to get their opinions, but this week I haven't had much free time.

Also, I've worked out a tentative match schedule, assuming that no new teams submit rosters before the deadline at 6 p.m. PST (9 p.m. EST) today:

Okay, some issues arising so let me try to provide an update.

Teams UCLA and Playmates have disbanded, according to StormHaven (UCLA) and Sagasama (Playmates).

Teams Bromance and SuparNarbs MAY be disbanded (awaiting confirmation).

If this is the case, it would leave us with only 3 teams, and only one match for tonight (Shinpi-Tekina Haruka Haruka VS. TKA).

I'll provide more information as I receive it.

Also, since problems seem to be coming up, let me say that if the league cannot continue as it has the past two weeks, I already have contingency plans to switch to a once-a-month, tournament-style format with prizes as an added incentive -- I'm hoping this would draw more teams to the league, since it wouldn't be possible to host a sensible tourney with only 3 teams.

UPDATE: It seems Bromance still has 3 players available, so they are still participating. Haven't heard again from SuparNarbs yet.

I think part of the problem is the intersection of a holiday with a "final exam" period for many students. Perhaps once things have settled down again in a few weeks, some players may be able to return.

Also, I'm afraid it turns out that I will likely be unavailable for matches this evening. We'll reschedule tonight's matches for next weekend. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Some big changes will be coming to the format of the PvP League soon.

In the meantime, I'm incredibly busy this week b/c of various family affairs (two sisters graduating and one needs help moving to her new home), so I'm suspending PvP League matches until further notice (probably until I post the details regarding the new format).
