Basically, it seems that Warp Portal is supporting this so called "Music for Japan 2011" charity event in mid-April. I'm guessing this Jay Hyun Choi guy (maybe the translator/interpreter or communications manager between iRO and kRO) works at Warp Portal? Since he's the one responsible for putting it up on Warp Portal, saying on the event's Facebook group, "Banners for Music for Japan Event are up and running on our game portal from today!!! visit www.warpportal.com" and posting a screenshot of it:

Spoiler

Anyway, if you go to their Facebook (http://www.facebook....8262823449&ap=1), you'll get a better idea as to what it is:

Supporters of the charity concert in San Diego, California for the people of Japan. The purpose of the concert is to:

1. Share our thoughts and prayers with the people of Japan through music.
2. Gather donations to help the victims of the disaster in Japan.

Status updates of the event will be posted here. Please feel free to join us.

Title: Charity concert "Music for Japan" to benefit Japan relief

Comfort. Healing. Support. Inspiration.
These are what the Japanese people need most now, and we are embracing the power of music to help our friends, their family and friends, and all those affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami.
Please join us for Music for Japan 2011, a charity concert to benefit disaster relief and recovery efforts.
The evening will feature a wide variety of performers, who will use their musical talents to send warm thoughts, prayers, and well wishes to the people of Japan.
Support Japan T-shirts will also be available for purchase for $10. Proceeds from the concert and T-shirt sales will go to The Japan Society, which will contribute 100% of donations to both relief and recovery efforts in the region.
All members of the San Diego community are invited to attend this special event, so please spread the word.
