Does this skill balance include reducing the sp cost for some skills, and if it does, will we get that excess sp back if we have our skills already maxed?

Also, does the removal of the valentine packages include the removal of the rose and patch from the wheel?

Several of the skills were not being applied properly, and now work correctly.

Correct Valentines Day packages are leaving and the Big Wheel is also being updated.

Edited the OP. The new skill from the item set is not added as it does not show in the UI. It was reported to Barunson earlier in the week.

Thanks for the timely update. It's very awesome of you guys to be so aggressive with the games progression.

And THANK YOU for address the emporia war issue. Lots of people in game are antsy about its return and just hearing your progress on dealing with the issue is so much better than just wondering about it all the time.
