I don't think they will tell you.
And they shouldn't cause more files they reveal, the easier it is to hack the game.

Thanks

Submitting a ticket doesn't work. They will tell me to reinstall, and I've done enough reinstalls and I've done that enough times with this game. :P
And my system is almost a clean install of Windows XP with latest updates, so no conflict.

I figured it out, the file has to do with background music. I just rename it and the game no longer crashes, but no background music either. I can live with that. :P

how often are you getting the crash with this same error?

you can try renaming the file to mssmp3.bak to disable it, it may effect some sounds in game. (File found at: Gravity\Requiem\system\MILES)

Also, what version of windows are you using? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Thanks Sakana. Already fixed it by renaming the file.

And I am using XP 32bit.
