Originally rogue is a class that has enough evasion but he has the Requiem
poor evasion, I was thinking it would be best to remove the skill shadow
runner - Rogue (who has Stealth not use shadow runner) for the Blessing of Wind - Shadow
Hunter.

That could be good, but should be % like the soul hunter one, otherwise it would be worthless. Still, evasion dont do a great thing.

If the evasion worked as it should, they wouldnt need a defense buff.

Move the evasion skill Instant Accel from shadow runner to rogue and revome the skill shadow runner should be awesome

Sucks, too.
That would be nice if Evasion worked.
Knew 2 rogues near the beginning of S2 that were going to try to be Blink Tanks.
But boss skills see to ignore eva, so that failed fast...
